Environmental practices include:
Use of a tunnel sprayer to recycle and reduce the amount of spray
Experimenting with varieties that have a smaller ecological footprint
Implementing "a sustainable protocol" results in the development and maintenance of best management practices which include scouting and tracking the needs and demands of the vines
